Frequently Asked Questions
Q: "What programs/tools do you use?"
A: I use a Intuos 4 Wacom Tablet, and a mix of Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop CS3
Q: "Where's the commission/trade I wanted/got?"
A: I take a while to do stuff, if it hasn't been uploaded yet I'm not done. If you have seen it, but it was removed from my gallery, just ask for a copy of it and I will be happy to oblige.
Q: "What websites can I find you on?"
A: My home page has a good 90% of my other websites on it. If there is a specific one you want to ask about just use the Contact Me! widget on the home page and it will send me an email.
Q: "Will you redline/give me tips?"
A: Yes. I don't mind redlining or giving tips at all c:
Q: "I found someone who is stealing your art, what should I do?"
A: If it's not art for other people, such as gifts, trades, commissions, etc. I could care less. My art is my art and when I post art on the internet thieves is just and inevitable part of it. Just notify me, report the person, and move on.
Q: "How long have you been drawing?"
A: I've been drawing since I was very young. I've always been drawing, most of the people who draw a lot have been drawing since they were young. I used to get in trouble in my classes because I would be doodling all over my homework rather than doing it.
Q: "Will you draw my character for free?"
A: I do not take requests unless I specify otherwise. It is extremely insulting to me when you ask for free art.
Q: "My friend is dying in the hospital, will you draw my character for him/her?"
A: No, I'm sorry.
Q: "What site are you most active on?"
A: My DeviantART
Q: "Who is an inspirational artist to you?"
A: For me it would be http://Lhuin.deviantart.com/ I absolutely love her art and every time I see that she has uploaded something, my face lights up. Her art is so beautiful and just all around inspirational, go watch her. <3 Shes my biggest inspiration for my realisticish style, but I have many others including http://griffsnuff.deviantart.com/ who makes wonderful character designs, makes beautiful and creative backgrounds, wonderful realism etc.
Q: "Do you accept critiques?"
A: Yes! I will always accept critiques unless I say otherwise about that art piece, I love being helped with improving my art. I however will not accept people insulting my art and not telling me how to improve. "That is shitty, the shading sucks" is not constructive, what about the shading sucks, what makes the art shitty? etc.
Q: "Why do you put watermarks on somethings, but not others?
A: If it has a watermark it is either a commission (I always put them on commissions) or it was specifically asked by the person the art is for to have a watermark. Other than that gifts, trades, personal art, etc. doesn't and will not automatically have watermarks for quite a while unless it is asked to have one by the person who owns a character in the drawing.
